Activities
Climbing L'Engai can be arranged with one of our highly experienced guides. No special equipment is required but it is a hard, climb to the top through notoriously spiky vegetation. However you will be rewarded
with some spectacular magma flows bubbling at over 500°C at the top.
If a slightly less demanding walk would suit, we can arrange for a walk followed by either a picnic breakfast or sundowners by the lake.
There is a nearby freshwater waterfall where you can swim, cool off and relax!

- Lake Natron excursions: see the flamingos, learn about the environment, can include picnic
- Hot Springs; Sundowners / Bush diner walks; Waterfall hike – swim, cool off and relax!
- Springs of Engaresero River; ½ day trekking possibilities on the escarpment
- Maasai cultural excursions (Maasai Boma visit, Maasai medicine walk, Maasai Dance)
- Climbing Oldonyo Lengai (depending on activity of the volcano)
